Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or there has been an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider.

Delivery timings depend on the product, as explained on our Delivery page. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we say otherwise at checkout.

Your rights to cancel, return and refund are set out on our Returns & refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Wallpapers and packs are licensed for your own personal use. You may use them on your own devices, but you may not resell, redistribute or use them commercially.

Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly until you cancel. Benefits, member pricing and any store credit apply while the membership is active. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the current period.

Keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account being used fraudulently or abusively.

Our designs, photography, wording and branding belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We don’t exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
