How your order reaches you, and why timings can differ from one item to the next.
Delivery times vary by product
We don’t make everything in the same place. Some of our own pieces are printed to order once you buy them, and sourced accessories come from different suppliers. That means the time from order to doorstep depends on what’s in your basket.
The delivery options and estimates that apply to your order are shown at checkout before you pay. We’d rather show you an honest estimate there than promise a speed we can’t guarantee.
Orders can arrive in more than one parcel
If your order mixes made-to-order pieces with sourced accessories, they may be sent separately and arrive on different days. You’re not charged more for this, and you’ll get tracking for each part as it ships.
Digital wallpapers
Wallpapers and wallpaper packs are digital. Nothing is posted — once your order is confirmed you receive a secure download link.
Delivery charges
Free UK delivery over £50. Charges for your address are calculated at checkout.
